We receive more than 800 calls a year on our Helpline from users seeking advice and information about their treatment or lack of it. Every weekday between 10am and 5pm, Alliance volunteers are available to give advice on issues surrounding drug use and maintenance prescribing. This service is used by drug users and professionals alike. It acts as a triage service through which cases which are too complicated to be dealt with over the phone are passed to our advocacy service. The helpline can be reached on 0845 122 8608.
