We receive more than 1000 calls a year on our Helpline from users seeking advice and information about their treatment or lack of it. Every weekday between 10am and 5pm, Alliance staff members are available to give advice on issues surrounding drug use and maintenance prescribing. It also acts as a triage service through which cases which are too complicated to be dealt with over the phone are passed to our advocacy service.
