I came across this super site the other day. Most have probebly heard of it but for those who haven't, its called www.exchangesupplies.org

They have some great ideas and materials for "the user". From colour coded needles to booklets of foil, intended to help users switch.

I wish I'd heard of them a couple of yrs back when I had my spell injecting.

What do others think of the site? The video about "how much citric" is quite interesting.

Yes they are excelent and the conferences they run are also worth a visit if people can scrounge the cash.

They usually offer discounted user places (sometimes free, I think), so if you see a conference you like the look of it's worth giving them a ring about it.

they also send out some good samples i still get stuff from them regularly from my time as serive user chair
