Hi folks - hope that you're well.

It appears that my ex-prison doc at CRI is undergoing some on-the-job training theirself. A week or so back, as I explained the reasons behind my newly acquired addiction to benzos, the doc "promised" me, and in the presence of my new, decent and understanding key, that unless I specifically request it, reduction is definitely not on the cards. Maybe this particular doc has realized that Cameron's ridiculous quick-fix solutions are actually not worth the paper that they're written on; not to mention, that community practice is slightly different to her previous experience -  'treating' people on a drug-free wing.

So, a small victory; but no, I'm not naive enough to expect things not to change at some point.

Note to all who feel mistreated by their local DSP: stick the evidence in front of their fuckin noses, reiterate your case loudly, an insist on fair, decent, medical treatment.

All the best

You're right Jimmy, if you just follow like purple sheep they'll have you for breakfast!
