Allout
As I've gone on about in previous posts, I'm going through a bit of a shit period at the mo, but before, I would splitmy subbie dose (8-12mg) in 2, with the first dose at around 11am and the larger dose as late as pos in the evening with a zopi an hour so hour before bed. Do you split your dose? even whilst on meth, I always felt better when able to split my daily dose. If you're on supervised your a bit stuck split dose wise. It may be that your on too low a dose. Others can offer you more informed advice I'm sure.
Hope you get to the root.
Best wishes
Jimmy

What dose of which medication are you on? Sounds like you aren't on enough.

Allout - your dose should last for 24+ hours, if you're properly dosed.
What is your dose??

Yeh they state it should last 24hours if correctly dosed. I used to take mine say 7am ish and by 4pm I was rough. Sweating yawning aching. But that's most likely the low dose I was on for 3 years and the tolerance I'd built up to that crappy amount they reduced me too

AllOut - 35mg is not eve at the start of the therapeutic dose range of 60-120mg per day, so it is very very likely thst you are feeling crapas you are under dosed.
Contrary to polular belief, it is no harder to come off higer doses than lower ones, so there;s no point in suffering on a sub-therapeutic dose.

I agree with Sapph. I think you might be underdosed. I know several people who are on 30-40ml and compensating by drinking to extremes which makes the dose even worse as they metabolise it even quicker. Try getting an increase for a while and see how it feels - you can always reduce if you feel like it. Only you know how your body feels - take control mate.
