Jimmy, yeah,I can't take Zopliclone/Zimovane/any 'Z' drugs as I am very allergic, and I can only get benzo's from my GP in 2 week quantities and at a very small dose, which in reality only gives me 3 or 4 good sleeps, not the 14 they optimistically think I should!!
I am going to try Phenergan, I think you can still get in OTC in some places so I'm gonna ask my pharmacist first.
