I urge you to Please warn her that the Benzo's shes bought might not be Valuim at all, but another benzo Called Phenazepam. One of my closest friends going on 20 years Overdosed and died on what he thought was Valuim, from the internet recently. They where yellow like 5mg valuim, I know he got a big batch of them, There much much stronger than valuim,
If valuim is shandy, these are special brew..They take longer to take effect causing people to take even more. They basically cause black outs, make the person behave recklessly taking away all your inhibitions, putting themselves in danger of all kinds.
Also if she can buy these now, how much longer will they be available is anybody's guess, because, They will be banned, And she will be ten times worse in the long run.
Please urge her to be careful, I think we would all agree that having so much of these benzo's around, even if they where true valuim, resisting to take less would be hard.
Its so Fucking wrong what these doctors and CRI are doing to people, Its fucking Killing people!!!!!!! Cant they see this!!!!
Heres a bit more info..
"Compared with other benzodiazepines, overdoses with phenazepam are both more likely and more problematic for these reasons:
Phenazepam is exceptionally potent. Active doses start at less than one milligram.
Compared to prescription benzodiazepines that have been diverted from regulated channels, phenazepam is inexpensive, and rarely sold in quantities of less than 100 mg. Any user who can afford to buy this drug will be buying a dose capable of causing prolonged coma.
Phenazepam is most commonly sold in powdered form, which is more difficult to measure than tablets or capsules manufactured to contain a single dose.
The visual appearance of a dangerous dose is not impressive. The visual size of a 2 mg alprazolam (Xanax) bar is about the same as half a gram of phenazopam. If the user is accustomed to dealing with benzodiazepines in the form of tablets or bars and attempts to 'eyeball' an amount of phenazepam that looks similar, or is even a tenth as large, they will take a massive overdose. Likewise, snorting a 'line' of phenazepam similar in size to a line of cocaine or heroin is likely to produce an overdose.
Phenazepam's effects are often delayed by 2-3 hours. The inexperienced user, noticing no effects within the first hour, may believe they have taken too little and re-dose, resulting in an overdose.
Phenazepam's 60 hour half-life makes dosing mistakes hard to recover from. The overdose will last for days, possibly weeks.
Extreme caution is urged in using phenazepam. Reports of inadvertent overdose disasters are common."

Yes my curiousity did get the better of me though I knew it was phenazepam & took a little dose, then thought it was fuck all so had another tiny bit. Was certainly out for a good 12hours & felt the effects long after. It was a " legal high " ( yeah right ! ) then but is now had legislation passed so it's illeagal. It's a lot more efficient making a bag full of blues out of phen than if you were actualy to make a 10mg diazepam. Maybe she should explain that to a sympathetic GP, if she has to reduce at least let it be from quality meds out of the blister pack.

Never buy anything off the internet, especially benzo's.80% of them are'nt benzo's anyway, there all the shit off the floor and put in a cement mixer in the suburbs of Benghazi.Im the same my mate lives in Thailand and you can get blues over there that are 15mil,im all for yellows, only ever touch blues if they come from Boots. Its a piss take ,never buy black market drugs especially benzo's or Antideppressants off the internet as they are the most messed about drugs out there. As for the Phenazepam, you can stick it where the sun dont shine,to many deaths from it down my way.Have a nice day ,all the best Froude

Thanks guys, I will warn her - and be careful myself also; since my benzo binge, the cravings to get hammered on em, at times, have been intense.
I really don'y know what CRI think they ate going to achieve but, as long as I have a right to health, they will not be fucking up my life. All effected desperately need to be informed of the fact. The Alliance does a brilliant job with membership growing by the week - but there are thousands, tens of thousands of service users who are controlled simply because they are not aware that they have the right not to be.
I remain optimistic that, concerning this recovery/abstinence agenda, the truth will, hopefully soon rather than later, come out. I we're extra fortunate, that truth may even be made public.
Hears hoping.
Cheerz
