Yea I've got a mate who suffered a severe spinal injury quite high up his back so nothing below his rib-cage isn't paralysed. He was getting quite high doses of mst as well as oramorph several times a day for breakthrough pain. Also loads of other drugs, he's in a badway. One day one of his carers had him up in a lift thing so that he can stand vertically for so long each day. I believe that it helps drain his organs & stuff, things we would take for granted. One day he just passed out when he was in it, the hospital know him very well so the ambulance was there quick. All the opiates had built up in his system, which was several 100mgs daily + the oramorph ( & for some reason codiene, though I don't know why (?) )& he'd just gone into an overdose. He was obviously somebody with a huge need for constant analgesia but consultants were too scared to prescribe any opiates. In the end he got ketamine & still does, a colourless liquid in a bottle. It comes weekly I think as the solution has a short shelf life. A couple of times they have sent him to much & he's reluctantly parted with some  it's hard to tell what the dosages you were taking in the rave scene & it's purity. The pharmacuetical stuff does give a warm glow & lots of analgesia, definetley not so trippy though. But then like I said it's hard to tell. You know what I mean.

As i used to have a massive appetite for L.S.D,and in my younger years was often found with a pocket of sugar cubes soaked in Acid,i found out that it was near impossible to overdose on acid ,do you mean you had a bad trip ALLOut or you actually OD'd on L.S.D.Yeah i also have found that Methadone,especially when i take a little more than my normal dose,it does give me a little pick me up.As with the Ketamine on the troops ,i think it stems from ,they get blown up,and as they come round in a state of confusion and pain(many seeing their limbs blown off)the Morphine& Ketamine kicks in with its all round fuzzyness and they have no recolection of seeing their leg by their left ear,im under the impression that the Ketamine makes it confusing,and when they come round they are in England getting the treatment they deserve. Lol yeah physically you cant OD on Acid (lord knows i tried  ) but i had the mother of bad trips it was horrifying really really bad and never touched it since.

 LSD, yum,yummy ! A truly wonderful drug which I am sure has helped us along the evolutionary process in the same way as opiates or cannabis has, in it's own way. You have to be very carefull though & show the drug the respect it deserves. Not because it effects any of your vital organs at all as it only works on the brain. It has to be taken when you're in a place where you feel secure & happy, somewhere where nothing bad is going to happen. You've got to feel happy within, no worries or problems. Nowadays if I take a trip, I'll always have a few diazepam with me just in case. You're right it's impossible to overdose on but if you get it wrong you may end up having a terrible time mentally. The last couple of trips I've had have been of mushroom tea, horrible stuff to drink ( even with a good glug of brandy ! ) I've gone out for a walk as I live in a rural setting. I ain't no tree hugger, but have just listened to my i-pod & walked along the coast. If you're in the right frame of mind experiences of clarity can be very positive for the psyche. A good rule of thumb I always think is if you have to think about taking a trip then you probably shouldn't. If you feel comfortable with the idea within a couple of minutes or have better still planned it in advance then you should really enjoy it.
Also if you've planned it you'll not have any surprise visitors, which can be very unsettling depending on who they are. I stayed in a block of bedsits once, we were all at it & somebody had just recieved several thousand blotters & a few kilos of hash. Everyone of us was testing the new blotters when the cops came with a warrant for every one of our bedsits. That was a bad trip ! I was luckier than most because I tried jumping out the first floor window, broke me ankle & managed to get the GP at A&E to give me some lorazepam, just so he could treat me. It was still the longest 24hours I have ever spent in the cells. Longer for the rest who were all tripping out of their brains & just left in the cells before we were ready for questioning. When it came to court some of the things people had said when first being brought in were hilarious, looking back on it of course. At the time it was not so funny, when I've gone out for a walk after some shrooms I always make sure that I have nothing on me apart from 10-20mg diazepam, which I'm scripted for. Have a joint before I go & leave everything at home. I ain't ever going to get locked in the cells tripping ever again, so I give them no reason to.

Goodness me..I gave up those days when I was confronted with a mirror and I could see right through my skin and my skin to touch was like a soft rubber.  The trip was crazy and the best one lasted 1or 2 hours. That was about as much as I could take. The worse trip was when I got spiked and it sent me into a frenzy and I needed to be alone locked in my room. I wanted it to stop but was confronted with another 6 long hours of pure dread. At last I found some whiskey left over from xmas and necked it straight. Once I had downed a few glasses I could feel a ware-off of the trip. God knows my liver must have been doing overtime that night. I tried to smoke a cigarette and it tasted awful. Also never eat peanuts or snicker bars when tripping; you will think you are chewing your teeth. Also its not advised to take hot baths because although it can help a little with comedowns; it makes you feel like you have just turned to porridge. Avoid family members at all costs.
