Update on my self induced reduction

Just thought I would write about it because I know it will fall on understanding ears  I dont know anyone "in real life" whos been on Methadone. Anyways Im down to 10 from 50 its taken about a month. I done a day of 7.50 and the rattle started I know im asking for it because im doing it so quick but went back to 10 and that is where Im at right now, the thing that keeps me going is knowing i can break ties with the clinic. their not terrible to me but I just hate the imbalance of power,

ALLOUT,Fair play to you,you have been pretty rapid in your reduction,so it works out you have reduced 10mil aweek ,which dont seem to bad when you look at it like that,im glad you have stuck to your guns,im also pissed off at the imbalance of Power that is going around at the moment,hope it works out for you ,all the best Froude

thanks peeps Its now 7.5mg tommorrow 5mg I decided Im jumping off a 2.5mg when the half term starts so I dont have to go to college and school run (little nervous) but up for it !!!
