well 14 days after my brothers last drop of meth.....hes sleept every night, averageing 9hours a night.......hes had scull cap tincture, milk thistle complex tincture,( clean and repair liver and kidneys ) rescue remedy, passiflora and avena-sativa tincture, plus acupuncture (whole body), reflexology and healing. In the last 14days hes had 2 uncomfortable days but these symptoms were soon eliviated with the above plus anti-spasmodic oils massaged into the legs and stomach....this has been his easiest and most gentle "rattle". Due to the use of fresh ginger, and chamomile in hot drinks he has felt warm and not vomited once!...If you find yourself in a similar posion as my brother there are many different options for you....YOU DONT HAVE TO SUFFER !!!!!!

Why is this described as a 'forced de-tox' ? Curious? Alan

"My brother was on 200mls of meth a day when the c.d.t decided to force him to reduce(in their infinate wisdom pmsl) They reduced him by 5mls a DAY..yes a day, this should have taken place as in-patient but again the c.d.t's wisdom came shining through (rofl). Yesterday he picked up 20ml of meth and managed to sleep 10hours through the night...HOW i hear you asking....a herb called scullcap take 5mls of the tincture before bed and sleep like a baby...another good one is califonia poppy (no opiods in it sorry lol)... this realy helps to chill you.....also fresh ginger in a drink will warm you up ..my brother says its like having a valium takes all the chills away....homeopathic arnica 30c is also good this stops the body going into shock and helps heal any internal trauma ..weve tried these remedies and trust us they work...good luck with your rattle"

I am always open to anything that helps, people sometimes scoff at herbal or any other remedies as quite useless, but then what comes from poppies ?
I'd just research these things well before using them myself.

Healinghands you popped into my head last night whilst quietly reflecting.
How are you, where are you and how is your Brother???
He was doing soso well please update us or if you want drop me a message.
So why did you call? Or was it me?
Whatever i and i am sure others would really appreciate an update on the, from the sounds, very mild detox your Bro encountered with yours and the Universe's obvious and bountious gifts being administered.
Okay drop in the Forum and give us a shout please cheers. This is the way of celebrating Best Practice
