Scroll down a little till you see the screen and wait for half a minute for it to begin or press to start. if I haven't managed to include the link properly just copy and paste into your browser. You'll be glad you did.

Glad to hear it WY, it's meant to do that. I watch it whenever I feel the need and to set me up for the day.

My son's topic was planet earth so i gave his teacher the link for this video clip and she said the class really enjoyed it they watched it about five times they all loved the dolphin jumping in the water that high, it's a beautiful clip, i really love the music i find myself watching it just to feel the emotion of the music, i have always been interested in weather music therepy would work for me but have never heard of anywhere they do it i dont think that it every really had much of a push behind it to help addicts but i think music is such an emotional thing that it could help you when trying to deal with hard emotions that you have buried so deep, music like that for some weird reason makes me feel so open and vunerable, maybe it would be something worth looking into for me. I would love to hear if anyone has ever done music therepy and how they got on. anyway iv'e went off on a tangent, i was mainly saying thanks from my son for the clip for his topic.

I agree WY, music can have such a positive effect on how we feel. I remember when I did my first alcohol detox 10 years ago, I started to listen to Classic FM - it had such a calming and relaxing effect on my mood when I felt edgy and nervous. I never thought I'd be the type to listen to classical music (my ex-husband is an R&B musician) but I always turn to it when the need arises, even now.
