Hi Penny, welcome to the forum.  Well you've already done well to post a question on the forum and it's that simple really, although there is a main category for asking questions.  It doesn't really matter though as someone will always reply or offer advice so don't worry and if it's really in the wrong place, McDermott will move it and let you know.
Take care and look forward to hearing from you.

Welcome to the site, I hope you find the forum as useful and purposeful as i have over time. I would say no question is too silly or too smart. The trick is to get involved in discussions and debates and your posting confidence will develop. I have been more reading than writing as my computer has been excessively freezing on me, which is frustrating when I have taken the time to write out a response for the send button to take me to lost connection. I have been tweaking my system and hopefully have sorted out some of my IT issues.

Welcome all,
The site has got more diverse with more things to do on it nowadays.... so please have a fiddle around and just try it out. No one on this site is going to shout you down as long as you are following the rules/guidelines which are just common sense, dignity and respect.
If you have a question then ask it.
If you want to comment on something someone has said then 'reply' to their post.
If you want to raise an issue or just moan, rant or share good news then just begin/start 'new topic'. Plus McD has added more new stuff.
iI really is that easy thank goodness or i wouldn't be able to join in. Computers are not my thing but they have come into my life in a big way over the last five years or so.
Anyway i'm off ... please enjoy this forum and welcome it really is great to see the numbers rising still.  There are so many out there.
My best
