Alcohol questionnaire

Alcohol Concern are looking for input from service users regarding an advocacy project they're hoping to set up.

There's a form online, but they're be really more likely to get some useful input if they used an online form like they do for commissioners and providers. Perhaps they think boozers don't have computers of their own? Perhaps they think that we're IT illiterate?
