Scottish drug strategy unveiled

I am in scotland and watched the programme that unveiled this , they had a service user on as an example of how well the the new policy would work . The service user was on his second year at colledge and held up as a prime example , the poor chap being used as a example of abstinence eventually announced by buttingin at the end ," you do realise that i am on  methadone and would never have acheived this without it .
Another example of service users being manipulated to promote somthingthey dont beive in.
