Junky Junk.
I am a 43 year old Scottish man who moved to England when I was 16. I first went to rehab for 7 months (Alpha House) back in 1991, since then I have gone through over twenty different detoxes and rehab's covering varied philosophies and beliefs.This is not taking into account several cold turkeys in prison and a rather few emotional home detoxes which surprisingly, I have had most success from. Relapse as a myth runs parallel with falling back in love.
Self preservation society
Just general dribble and maybe the occasional rant. Whats going on in my life, aspirations, hopes and some harsh reality's. I've never had a blog so this is just a experiment I guess.

It's a blessing to find this site, as i'm fairly isolated at the mo. I've used Heroin on and off for 25 yrs. I'm now 45 and had enough. I've read some of the comments re heroin drought. In my opinion, Heroin hasn't been good or safe for over 10 years. Maybe it's the circle or places that i've lived in that has made up my thoughts. Anyway, i haven't used Brown now for 6 months. Was on 40 mils of meth, now 24, reducing 2 mil a month. Trying to get stronger each day, bit snappy, stressy, all bearable. Was a drugs worker before getting into opiates. Had good n bad experiences. Looking forward to reading more here. Thanks for your time. one love.x.

Uncertain about post-modernity, gangsta culture, sentimentality, David Cameron, the UN and most of all uncertain if I was created to be Theodore Dalrymple's opiophilic antitype ( Derek the Diamorph is for now, I must be somewhere in the line of exclusive male primogeniture.)
Most certainly a connoisseur of DDA box contents.
